In the heart of the District of North Vancouver sits Lynn Creek ā€” Vancouver’s newest official town centre. A vibrant community nestled among the green spaces of North Van. Hunter will be the centerpiece of the Town Centre consisting of East and West towers with 16 and 27-stories respectively, as well as a set of charming townhomes.

Vancouver project marketing company Rennie partnered with Intergulf Development Group to hire Periphery to help launch a performance marketing campaign for Hunter at Lynn Creek.

Our Process

Positioning Hunter as the North Shore's best value, Intergulf Development Group wanted to target primarily people residing there, as well as Vancouver's neighbouring cities. We immersed ourselves in Hunter at Lynn Creek's homes, amenities, and brand to craft a strategy aligning with their objectives, creating ads and copy to match.

Deliverables

Hunter at Lynn Creek's strategy consisted of a full digital campaign in English. Facebook and Instagram contained a multitude of creatives ā€” branded single image, carousel, and video ads. Google ads were thoughtfully targeted with branded and general keywords, accompanied by responsive Display and Gmail placements. Later, we bought online media placements for Hunter to be featured on a popular real estate listing website.

Rennie and Intergulf Development Group were extremely happy with Periphery's marketing efforts and customer service. Hunter at Lynn Creek sold out, and is currently under construction.
