Tailor

An English & ethnic highly successful real estate campaign

Project Scope

Strategy, content, design, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WeChat Advertorials & banners, media buys for print, digital, and OOH

Located in the up-and-coming Brentwood neighbourhood of Burnaby, Tailor will be a sleek, 27-story luxury residential tower with a total of 193 units. Interiors are practical and timeless, with the lobby boasting 40-foot ceilings to accommodate a unique environmental art sculpture.

Marcon was looking to target first-time homebuyers in the Chinese community through sophisticated ad copy and design with placements specifically designed to reach their target audience.

Our Process

We put our heads together and came up with a strategy that aligned with Marcon's goals for Tailor: establishing a refined brand image while increasing awareness and recognition across channels. Our process involved a comprehensive media strategy, constant campaign tracking and optimization, and advanced real estate content and design.

Deliverables

To achieve our objectives, we carefully selected channels where we knew our target audience lived. Our campaign was trilingual — English, Chinese, and Korean. Social ads included compelling copy and design evoking Tailor's timeless elegance and the desirable Brentwood neighbourhood, while Search ads were consistently optimized for the best performing keywords and media placements were strategically chosen to play a heavy role in brand recognition.

Results

Comparing Tailor to other projects with similar budgets, the campaign performed spectacularly. Social ads generated 55% of the total campaign's leads, and Tailor eventually sold out after a 10-month campaign.
