In the heart of Surrey City Centre you’ll find Georgetown — a brand new urban community built specifically for luxury living. Developed and managed by Anthem, the project boasts cutting-edge modern living spaces with panoramic views and a neighbourhood full of vibrant restaurants, shops, and workspaces. Anthem was eager to increase awareness about the amazing opportunity to join this thriving new community. They knew capturing the attention of urban city-dwellers would be a challenge. The metro-Vancouver area is a fast-growing district with plenty of market competition. It was important that their message reach the right audience and cater to both English and Chinese-speaking markets.
We launched a full digital campaign from November 2018 to June 2019 to increase awareness and generate leads. We knew we would need to make a splash on multiple social media platforms to find and engage our target market. Throughout each stage of the campaign, we highlighted different aspects of the community, ultimately providing a full picture of Georgetown’s luxury urban appeal.
